TPO & EPDM Systems

Single-ply membranes are the workhorses of commercial low-slope roofing — durable, well-tested, and available in configurations suited to almost any building type. Allied installs both TPO and EPDM systems, selecting the appropriate membrane based on roof geometry, drainage conditions, and the building's use.

TPO's heat-welded seams make it extremely resistant to blow-off and seam separation, and its reflective surface reduces cooling loads — a meaningful advantage for large commercial roofs in Ohio's warm summers. EPDM's fully adhered system provides excellent performance on irregular rooftops with numerous penetrations.

Both systems carry substantial manufacturer warranties when installed to specification. Allied is a certified applicator for major single-ply manufacturers, which means warranty claims are handled directly without disputes over installation quality.
